In other words, if you have been injured in an accident at work within the last three years through no fault of your own, we can claim compensation on your behalf.

We will pass your details to our personal injury lawyers who will take up your claim
at no charge.

UCSW offers a free advisory service to its members. The main areas covered are legal, taxation and the rural economy.

Among the topics covered by the service are PAYE, National Insurance and taxable benefits; Game laws, Health Safety, tied cottages and insurance; and under the rural economy banner come wages, pests and diseases, river pollution, education and training.

Housing, Redundancy and Employment protection. Guidance notes on redundancy, housing and employment issues can be obtained by calling the UCSW office. If you need further help one of our panel of solicitors will be on hand to give you up to half an hour's free legal advice over the telephone or in person. Further advice would be subject to funding to be agreed.
